2026 Student Leadership Award Recipient

High Point Schools Partnership honored eight high school students at its annual Student Leadership Awards luncheon, held at the American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame. Each principal from a High Point Guilford County Schools high school nominates a standout senior who has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout their high school career.

This year’s recipients are De’Andre Jarrett (Middle College at GTCC–Jamestown), Gabriella Primus (Penn-Griffin School for the Arts), Kingston Morgan (Kearns Academy), McKayla Ma (High Point Central High School), Janiya Milligan (Andrews High School), Emmanuel Wade Watkins (Southwest Guilford High School), Diana Chavez (Ragsdale High School), and Dulce Gamez-Pineda (Middle College at GTCC–High Point).
